Gently start to tone abdominal and pelvic floor muscles

Yoga is a great way to restore energy lost from broken sleep and ease the discomfort in your shoulders and spine from carrying and feeding.

Sharing and support with other new mums.

When will I be ready to come? Everyone recovers from birth at their own pace. If you are ready within a few weeks of birth do come along and I will encourage you to work gently. If you have had a c-section, please wait 6 weeks.
